Hi, I’m Gabi! I’ve been baking for as long as I can remember, and for years, my absolute favorite thing in the world was filling my kitchen with the aroma of fresh bakes and feeding the family and friends I love. Somewhere along the way, my casual weekend hobby turned into a full-blown neighborhood craving. Whether it was my slow-fermented sourdough, flaky pastries, decadent cookies, or perfectly frosted cupcakes, the demand skyrocketed until my waiting list made it clear: it was time to officially share the love.
Gab’s Bakehouse was born directly out of that local support and a lifetime spent perfecting everything. Every single item is crafted right from my home kitchen, because nothing brings people together quite like exceptional, handmade baking.
